Bigger packs cost less per credit, so the same line gets cheaper as you grow. Credits sit on your balance until you spend them; nothing expires and nothing is charged again.
A 12-month line costs 8 credits. At the smallest pack that is EUR 8.00 to you; at the largest it is EUR 6.80. What you charge your customer for those 12 months is entirely your business.

Suspend a line for fifteen minutes or seven days with a reason attached, for the customer who is late paying you.
Probe any line and get back the connect time in milliseconds and whether the credentials were actually accepted. Settle a support argument before you reply to it.
Per-line connection history with IP, country and request rate, so a shared credential is obvious rather than suspected.
Your balance is the sum of a ledger you can read: every top-up, every line, every renewal, every refund, with dates. Nothing is a number we simply tell you.

The panel runs in English, Polish, German, Slovak, Italian and Dutch. There is also a read-only REST API with a published reference if you would rather pull your lines into your own system.
What you hand your customer
The awkward part of reselling is the twenty minutes after the sale, when someone who has never edited a config file needs their receiver working. That part is done for you.
Both endpoints already written in, so their receiver fails over on its own. Download it from the line and send it as it is.

Things worth knowing
- Renew in seconds: pick the length, confirm, and the new expiry is live before you close the dialog. Same credentials, so there is nothing to resend to your customer.
- The free test lines you hand out run on the same pool our own public trials use. A prospect is judging the real thing, not a demo we keep aside for tyre-kickers.
- Say yes and convert a test line in place. The username and password stay the same, so your customer never reconfigures anything they already set up.
- Your balance is a ledger, not a figure. Every top-up, line, renewal and refund is a row with a date, and you can read all of it.
- If we ever block a line for misuse, it stays blocked until we lift it, renewals included. Write to us and we will look at it with you.
Reseller questions
Is the reseller panel free?
Yes. There is no monthly fee and no minimum. The only money that changes hands is credits, which you buy when you have a line to create.
How much does a line cost me as a reseller?
Lines are priced in credits: one month is 1 credit and twelve months is 8. Credits cost between EUR 1.00 and EUR 0.85 depending on the pack, so a 12-month line costs you between EUR 6.80 and EUR 8.00.
Do I need approval to become a reseller?
No. Sign up with an email and a password, click the verification link, and the panel opens already logged in. There is nothing to apply for and nobody to wait on.
Can I give a customer a free test before they pay?
Yes, and it is the fastest way to close. Test lines cost no credits, run 72 hours by default, and you can have 20 running at once. If the customer says yes you convert that same line to paid, keeping the username and password, so nothing on their receiver changes.
Do my credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your balance until you spend them. There is no expiry date and no dormancy charge, so buying a larger pack for the better rate costs you nothing but the outlay.
Will you contact my customers?
No. Creating a line from the reseller panel sends no mail to the end user, on a test line or a paid one. You decide what they receive and what name is on it.
What happens when one of my lines expires?
It stops working and is blocked rather than deleted, so the history stays in your panel. Renewing an expired line brings it straight back on the same credentials, with the new term counted from the day you renew.
